Social Media & Community Manager

Our client, a leading sports fashion brand are searching for a passionate Social Media & Community Manager to join their newly developed European Marketing Team.

The successful candidates will be the architect of their social media strategy, crafting content that ignites brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll also be the advocate for their online community, fostering a positive and engaging environment for their audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategist: Develop & implement a killer social media strategy to achieve marketing goals.
  • Maestro: Create, curate, and manage captivating content that reflects brand voice.
  • Champion: Build strong relationships with online audience and manage online communities.
  • Detective: Analyse social media insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest social media trends and tools into strategy.

Requirements:

  • degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (think social media wiz!)
  • experience growing and engaging online communities (show your magic touch!)
  • communication skills (written & verbal) and a keen eye for detail (because typos are a no-go!)
  • media savvy (understanding platforms, audiences, and best practices is key!)
  • problem-solver with strategic thinking and tactical execution skills (think chess, not checkers!)
  • for Sports & Lifestyle (bonus points if you know the latest trends!)

This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in the office in Blanchardstown and 2 days remote. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join a rapidly expanding team European team.
