Role Summary:
As Life Style Sports Social Media Executive, you will be involved in all things social media & content creation across our key Social Channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
In collaboration with our agency, you’ll be a key player in crafting original, social-first brand content that resonates with consumers and drives results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Social media calendar management across all Life Style Sports accounts including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Management of all key dates including campaigns, product launches, promotions, sales in line with the wider Brand Marketing Calendar
- Creating Reels & TikTok’s showcasing our Brand personality and product. Shooting can include content in our Stores, Brand Centre Office, Hitting the streets & Campaign Shoots
- Content management and organisation across all content streams; Influencers, Social agency, In-House Creative, Content Creators, Brand assets. This can include Sending product out, briefing partners, organising logistics and reporting on content
- Collaborating with the paid media team for paid social content planning
- Always on top of the latest memes and social trends, and the ability to react quickly
- Report on weekly & monthly on social media performance against KPIs per platform
Key Requirements:
- Organisational skills are a must with the ability to plan effectively and deliver to time sensitive deadlines
- Highly enthusiastic, innovative & creative with an eye for design and social content creation
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow the Social Media Channels
- Openness to working outside of standard office hours
- Thrives in an ever-changing fast-paced internal and external environment
About you:
- 1-2 years in a social media and content management role
- Must have experience creating native social videos in platform, Capcut, In-Shot or other social media editing tools
- Lives and breathes social media and has a strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques, aesthetics, TikTok trends, video hooks, engaging audio, target audiences, tone of voice etc.
- Excellent copywriting skills with experience in TOV for social media
