The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to take full ownership of short-form social content. This role is key to driving engagement, expanding our reach, and bringing our brand to life through dynamic, trend-driven content. Across our combined pages, we have over 450,000 followers, offering an exciting opportunity to engage and grow a thriving online community.
Beyond social content, this role will work directly with the Head of Marketing to assist with a variety of projects that contribute to our broader marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn, grow, and play a key part in our scaling journey.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of short-form social content, focusing on video creation, engagement, and storytelling.
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow reach, engagement, and conversions through high-performing content.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and improve results, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Creative to align social content with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of trends in social media, parenting communities, and short-form video to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of compelling video content.
- Source, edit, and repurpose UGC, class highlights, and expert-led content.
- Test new creative approaches and iterate based on performance insights.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster a strong community.
- Support the Head of Marketing with additional projects and initiatives, providing hands-on assistance across key marketing tasks.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in creating high-performing short-form social content.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva for graphic design and CapCut for video editing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize content using Excel and social media insights.
- A deep understanding of short-form video trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to balance creativity with data, making informed decisions to improve content performance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a content calendar and execute campaigns on schedule.
- Experience sourcing and repurposing UGC, expert-led content, and brand assets into compelling social content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and creative teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of the role as the company scales.

Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: €32,000.00
- Hybrid Work: 3 days in-office, with the option to work remotely 2 days a week.
