Social Insights Analyst – Portuguese speaking

Salt is working with one of the most globally recognised FMCG’s, seeking a Portuguese and English speaking Social Insights Analyst to join the team for a minimum of 12-months.
As an Insights Analyst, you’ll be a specialist in Social Listening. Working within the wider team, you will help unlock key insights to drive growth, and present your actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.
- Immediate start, 12-month contract
- Day rate – €125 – €150 per day, depending on experience
- Fully remote
You will:
— Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs in to analytical projects, and conduct analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights
— Work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics
— Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications and new product development
— Build and test basic queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualisations, primarily in PowerPoint
— Communicate directly to key stakeholders and present your findings using non-technical language
You will need:
— To be able to speak English and Portuguese
— Experience (minimum 3 years) working in digital insights, with strong experience in social listening
— Exposure to a range of tools and visualization software, including Google Analytics, YouScan, and Brandwatch
