Role Description

• Experience in a sales and marketing management position within the hotel industry, preferably in a similar sized property
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
