Job Description:

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you role will involve:

1) Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

2) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3) Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets and expand the agency’s client base.

4) Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitive landscape.

5) Proposal and Presentation Creation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch the agency’s services to potential clients.

6) Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to secure new business and ensure mutually beneficial agreements

7) Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

8) Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, analyse data to identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management.

9) Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with their expectations.

10) Attending Industry Events: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

11) Client Feedback Management: Gather feedback from clients to improve services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

12) Contract Management: Oversee contract development and ensure compliance with terms and conditions agreed upon with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
