Gino’s Gelato has, over the last 16 years grown to become Ireland’s undisputed favourite gelato brand- with all of our product made fresh in every store, every day using 100% organic Irish milk & authentic Italian ingredients!

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Part-Time Marketing Administrator to join our expanding team to drive growth through both our store fronts and digital footprint.

Role Responsibilities

• The go-to Gino’s Gelato customer service representative lead with managing day-to-day customer interaction via email and telephone, for all online order queries escalating where required.
• Supports the marketing management and senior management, in a support capacity to drive the annual brand strategy & business goals.
• Management of a new, e-commerce website which will include the processing all online orders, agency management, updating images, product ranges, pricing, general content and overall maintenance of the site. (Training provided)
• Agency management support where required- digital/ PR/ events
• Working with the marketing team to support engaging content creation for the company social media account(s). This will involve travel to Gino’s gelato stores.
• Marketing research support – working with marketing management to build new marketing initiatives, partnerships & execute existing sponsorships.
• Digital marketing support – including idea generation, trend spotting, ideation & creative support
• Co-ordination of all elements for any new store and/or product launches in the future
• General marketing & business support, administration and ad-hoc duties, as and when they arise
  

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Qualification in Digital and or Mainstream Marketing or related field desirable, but not essential
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing and/or administration and/or projects management
• Highly creative with strong analytical skills
• Strong interest in pop culture/ trends/ food
• Strong social platform experience & interest (Tik Tok/ Instagram)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility within the role
  

Job Details

• Part Time role (20 hrs/ week)
• Hybrid position, office based in – Rathnew, Co Wicklow
• Flexible working hours
• Reports directly to Marketing Director (Consultant role)
• Free on-site parking
  

Salary

• €28,000-32,000k per annum (Full Time Equivalent) DOE
