Reports to: Marketing Business Partner

Key Internal Relationships: Arachas Business Units & Wider Marketing & Communications Teams

Key External Relationships: Sponsorship partners, digital agencies (incl Design), media partners.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape and deliver marketing campaigns that strengthen the Arachas brand and support its position as Ireland’s largest nationwide insurance broker.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to support commercial goals and ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business priorities.

This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of marketing. It’s a strong opportunity to build your skills and grow within a fast‑expanding organisation.

You’ll also work with external partners and agencies to deliver activity across a range of channels. Projects will span from employer branding, brand reputation, and lead‑generation campaigns, all aimed at driving awareness and supporting business growth.

Role Accountabilities And Core Responsibilities

Brand Activity Management:

  • Design and manage assets for external brand activities in line with Arachas brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with our sponsorship and charity partners to showcase our relationships with them and how we give back to our communities
  • Deliver memorable events for Arachas from planning to execution, as needed
  • File management and quality control across all brand assets

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising materials
  • Support Arachas with events – both internal and external, handling logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance

Relationship Management:

  • Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners and agencies

Compliance:

  • Ensuring all content is compliant with company standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in marketing in a business environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change
  • Able to prioritise workloads and adapt as needed
  • Previous experience with an email marketing platform e.g. Mailchimp – preferred
  • Previous experience using video editing software – preferred
  • Proficient in Design software e.g. Canva
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence
