Marketing Manager | 12-Month Contract

I’m working with a well-established Irish financial services business at a genuinely exciting point in their story. They’ve in the early stages of a significant rebrand which means the person coming into this role won’t just be managing campaigns, they’ll be part of shaping how this brand shows up in market for years to come.

You will get to work with some of the best marketeers and creative people in the industry, and will walk away with some career-defining work on your CV.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where no two weeks look the same. You’ll lead integrated campaign delivery across paid and owned channels, working with a strong external creative agency, a Paid Media Manager, and a small team of Marketing Executives who’ll look to you for direction and development. What you’ll be doing

• Leading Go-To-Market activity across campaign launches and product updates
• Managing the end-to-end creative process from brief through to delivery and optimisation
• Playing an active role in a brand transition
• Turning performance data into sharper, smarter campaigns
• Managing budgets with a close eye on ROI
• Coaching and developing a small team

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years in Brand Management
• Proven experience managing creative agencies and production processes
• Financial services experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Someone curious, ambitious and commercially minded who wants to do the best work of their career

The Details

• Dublin-based, hybrid working ( 2 days in the office)
