We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital platforms, and supporting overall brand initiatives for three companies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Assist in content creation for digital marketing, including social media, blogs, emails, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies.
• Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with key metrics and recommendations.
• Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Maintain and update the company’s website, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
