We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to work closely with the Head of Ireland Marketing Communications to support marketing activities across our business areas: employee benefits, wealth, commercial insurance, and health and safety. This role is ideal for a marketing professional looking to broaden their experience in a dynamic and growing company.

Overview of duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for all business areas
• Create content for marketing campaigns working closely with business leaders
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in our target markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors

Person specification

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education / and or Experience

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• APA qualification desired (insurance or financial advice)
