Marketing Assistant

Dublin | Full-Time | Fully Onsite

A growing Irish multi-brand business is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy marketing function across digital campaigns, content, social media and customer engagement activity.

This is a varied, hands-on position with strong exposure across multiple areas of marketing and would suit someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and day-to-day brand activity
• Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination and online engagement
• Help manage marketing collateral, promotional materials and internal coordination tasks
• Support email marketing activity and performance reporting
• Assist with customer communications across digital channels
• Monitor campaign activity, trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with internal teams to support ongoing marketing projects

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in a marketing, digital or social media role
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content
• Comfortable using social platforms and marketing tools
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with a willingness to get involved across different projects
