Ready for an exciting journey with WorkFlex, one of the fastest-growing and VC-backed HR-Tech startups in Europe? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager. You will drive our marketing automation activities (incl. lead scoring, email campaigns) and manage campaigns on paid channels (incl. Meta, Google and Taboola).
WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS company with around 50 employees (soon 100 employees). The software supports organisations in enabling their employees to work from abroad, e.g. to compliantly do workations and business travel abroad. With over 200 clients, 20.000 handled trips and over 500 years of compliant workations, we’re just getting started.
🎯 What you will do
- Support our current team of two marketing professionals in improving our performance and content marketing activities
- Implement and manage marketing automation processes, including email campaigns and lead scoring within Hubspot and other tools
- Design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on paid performance channels, including Google, Meta, Taboola, and other platforms, to generate leads for the salesforce
- Develop other growth marketing strategies to explain the benefits of (compliantly) working from abroad
- Report directly to Patrick (Co-Founder) and work closely with the sales team
⭐ What you need to succeed
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B growth marketing
- You have a good understanding of technology and different sales & marketing tools, including Google and Meta
- You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup
- Your budget management, campaign management, and go-to-market strategy design skills are marked by a balance of strategic thinking and pragmatic execution
- You are fluent in German and English
