About the job

Enovation is seeking an energetic, innovative and ambitious marketing executive to add to their sales and marketing team. As part of our team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the person will be responsible for growing revenue through creating and editing written and video content for different channels – website, social media, marketing emails, etc. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, be a quick learner and have an eye for detail. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, update website content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Write engaging and informative blog articles on industry-related topics to attract and engage our target audience
  • Plan, draft and build newsletters to keep subscribers informed about company news, product updates and industry trends
  • Working with customers to publish their stories and case studies
  • Create promotional videos to highlight key product features and customer testimonials
  • Manage the company’s social media presence including content creation and community engagement
  • Provide support for conferences and events by coordinating logistics and creating marketing material
  • Manage interactions with partners to ensure collaborative marketing efforts and maximise mutual benefits
  • Maintain/update the marketing calendar
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies
  • Plan and design graphic artwork in Canva or Photoshop (or similar) to communicate our brand and marketing messages
  • Use analytical tools such as Google analytics for tracking and reporting

  • Understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent team-player with relationship building skills for working with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues
  • Strong problem resolution, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to present to all levels

  • Fluency in a language other than English would be an advantage – specifically French, Polish, German

Qualifications

  • Experience: Graduate or minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • Understanding of search engine optimisation
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Desirable

  • Degree or qualification in Marketing
  • Video and graphic design skills, Photoshop/Canva, social media image creation
  • Experience of CRM tools an advantage
