Our client, a leader in their industry, is expanding their award-winning Digital Marketing team and seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact their digital strategy and drive engaging content across their social media platforms and campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues, agencies, and partners to brainstorm and execute impactful digital campaigns.
  • Multimedia Mastery: Support the production of rich media, including short, medium, and long-form video, and podcasts for both on-site content and social media.
  • Video Innovation: Utilize platform-based tools to create, produce, and edit engaging video content, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Opportunity Amplification: Identify and promote brand events, sponsorships, partnerships, and CSR activities across social and digital channels.
  • Employee Advocacy: Maintain a dynamic employee advocacy platform with consistent content amplification.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze channel metrics and performance to refine campaign strategies.
  • Trend Insight: Conduct research and gather insights on industry trends to inform digital and social media strategies.
  • Web Content Management: Create and maintain web content, including metadata and tagging, to optimize performance.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify optimization opportunities to improve customer experience and increase channel conversion.

Your experince:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a related digital marketing role.
  • A creative mindset with a genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with employee advocacy platforms and social media community management (advantageous).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A portfolio showcasing your digital work (preferred).

Your qualifications:

GA certified with relevant reporting experience.

Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing or communications qualifications.

Proficiency with social media business management tools and social video editing software.

Familiarity with AI tools for video content creation (advantageous).
