The Role:
The Irish leading client are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Design Executive to help drive the growth of a leading global luxury real estate brand. You will work within a high-performing marketing and design team, focusing on the execution of key digital strategies aligned with their Global Affiliate Marketing objectives.
Role description:
- Develop and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using third-party publishing tools.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and increase engagement.
- Craft compelling messaging and copywriting for digital platforms, blogs and campaigns.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography content.
- Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in running and optimising paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing new digital strategies and tools.
- Take on additional tasks to drive innovation and align with evolving digital trends.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and design using Mailchimp and ActivePipe.
- Maintain and update website content management system (WordPress).
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Support Marketing Manager in performance insights and reporting for marketing assessment.
- Oversee merchandise design and management.
- Handle invoice processing and purchase orders.
- Design publications, whitepapers, and reports.
- Coordinate with and manage third-party suppliers such as web developers, photographers, PR agencies, and printers.
- Flexibility to take on additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience in social media management and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging digital content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
