What we are looking for:

This person will be responsible for ensuring that all creative output for the department is consistent with the brand. As the Creative team lead, you will be responsible for developing a relevant and consistent “voice” across all digital, traditional, and social media channels, making sure that all creative deliverables are relevant to the intended audience. Besides monitoring the content creation, this person must be able to lead the creative team of our Marketing department.

Role Responsibilities:

• Translate our Nomad brand vision into tangible digital, social, and traditional assets.
• Manage the team of Social Media Associate (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), producer, video editors and community associate. Build in metrics for team growth and mentorship.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for three YouTube channels.
• Lead end-to-end video production, managing shoots, and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee coordination and scheduling founder interviews for media outlets.
• Lead and mentor a creative team, fostering collaboration and creativity
• Maintain high standards for video content, providing constructive feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in producing content for commercial or social media channels
• Native English speaker
• knowledge of Adobe Creative suit, and Google Analytics
• Experience managing the team
• Experience in luxury brands
• Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
• Portfolio to submit
