We are on the search for a talented Content Specialist to join our newly established marketing team. We’re at an exciting stage, crafting our inbound marketing strategy and want to provide our audience with engaging content that will drive leads for our exciting and innovative AI technology for Customer Service teams.
This is a chance to join a growing team where your contributions will have a direct impact, and you will have significant opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and ready to roll up their sleeves to build and execute our content strategy from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Write, edit and proofread audience-specific content including social media posts, social media ads, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns and ensure the content is engaging and helpful for our audience to attract and convert warm leads.
- Conduct marketing research and work with the marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with creating warm leads as a goal.
- Research industry-related topics to ensure content is relatable, relevant and helpful.
- Experiment with content formats to find what resonates best with our audience.
- Support the creation of webinars including content planning and marketing.
- Support the writing of engaging case studies that showcase the success of our clients using EdgeTier.
- Work closely with other stakeholders across the business to ensure content meets the needs of other departments and work with a designer to ensure we produce visually appealing content elements.
- Willing to support content management on digital platforms.
- Support other marketing tasks to do with events or supporting the outbound sales team.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of content writing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Native or fluency in English.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (start-up experience is a big plus).
- Nice to have:
- Research skills and experience working with technical subjects.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

The interview process:
- 20-30 minute call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you and discuss the role.
- Interview with our hiring manager and another member of our team, usually 30-45 minutes.
- Final interview with a presentation/task with our hiring manager and members of our leadership team.
- Coffee! We love getting to know people on a personal level, so will often invite people for coffee as a final stage.
