Diving into the Saga of Camilla Odilon

CAMILLA ODILON

Founder of Marketing In Ireland community

Â

Camilla Odilon, an experienced professional in the digital marketing area, currently works as the Lead Generation Marketing Manager for an Irish company.

However, her journey in Ireland began with challenges – arriving in January 2020 with No English, no idea of the Irish job market and just as COVID-19 emerged.

Initially working as a cleaner due to language barriers, Camilla seized the opportunity to showcase her marketing skills. Creating a strategy in her free time, she presented it to the company and secured her first marketing job in Ireland.

Understanding the struggles faced by immigrant job seekers, especially those requiring work visas, Camilla founded the Marketing In Ireland community. This initiative aims to provide support and a sense of community for immigrant marketers, offering a better experience than her initial challenges. 🚀
