Responsibilities
Customer Insight and Segmentation
- Own behavioural segmentation and turn it into clear customer insight.
- Use propensity and predictive analytics to drive customer activity.
Personalisation and Campaign Strategy
- Develop personalisation and next-best-action strategies.
- Analyse the performance of campaigns and customer journeys.
- Lead a consistent test-and-learn approach across marketing activity.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Data, CRM and Marketing teams to put insight into practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills.
- Solid experience in customer analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to segmentation and propensity modelling.
- Experience with predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or personalisation programmes.
- Knowledge of Python (useful, although not essential).
Salary and Benefits
