Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA – Meta

Job Summary

Meta is looking for a senior growth marketer to lead paid social and digital performance across EMEA. In practice, you will own campaigns from planning to optimisation, with ROAS and ROI as your main scorecard. What sets this role apart, however, is the AI requirement. Meta expects you to use AI tools every day, not just talk about them. As a result, this opening suits marketers who already test, analyse and automate with AI and can prove the impact.

About Meta and the team

Meta runs some of the largest advertising platforms in the world, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. Because of this, the company understands paid social from both sides: it builds the tools and, at the same time, uses them to grow its own products. So this team works close to the data and the channels that thousands of advertisers rely on.

Furthermore, the role sits at the centre of several teams. You will work with product marketing, martech, research, creative, analytics and data science. In short, you will need to connect strategy, measurement and execution across many EMEA markets at once.

Responsibilities

Campaign strategy and execution

  • Plan and run full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
  • Test new growth tactics and channels, keeping CAC, LTV and scalability in focus.
  • Track daily campaign operations and flag anomalies, then recommend real-time fixes.

Performance, budget and forecasting

  • Analyse campaign data to find growth opportunities and make marketing spend more efficient.
  • Manage budgets and forecast results so the team meets or beats growth targets.
  • Shift channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities.

Collaboration and measurement

  • Align strategy with product marketing, martech, research and creative teams.
  • Build measurement frameworks and attribution models together with analytics and data science.

AI-first ways of working

  • Use AI as your default toolkit for analysis, experimentation, creative prototyping and workflow automation.
  • Follow responsible, policy-compliant AI practices at all times.
  • Show measurable gains from AI, such as time savings or faster iteration, and share what works with the wider team.
  • Keep up with new AI capabilities and marketing trends.

Minimum qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition or engagement.
  • 8+ years designing and analysing marketing experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality measurement.
  • Strong quantitative skills with campaign metrics, cohort analysis and funnel reporting.
  • Proven AI fluency in daily marketing work, from analysis to content and automation.
  • Experience running marketing strategies across several EMEA markets.
  • Hands-on use of marketing analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Experience working with product, data science and operations teams on integrated growth programmes.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience applying responsible AI practices, such as risk assessment, bias mitigation and accuracy reviews.
  • Solid knowledge of EMEA markets and their digital advertising landscapes.
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple campaigns running at the same time.
  • A track record of scaling AI adoption across a team or organisation.
  • Confidence presenting strategy, results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Comfort working beyond your job description, for example by prototyping or drafting strategy in ambiguous situations.
  • Ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Proven ability to redesign workflows with AI and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and analytics platforms.
  • Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B or B2C marketing experience in technology, retail or digital advertising.

Salary and benefits

The listing does not include a salary figure. However, Meta states that pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also note that any published figure covers base pay only, so bonus, equity and sales incentives come on top where they apply. In addition, Meta offers a benefits package; you can find details on the company’s benefits page.

How to apply

  1. First, review the minimum qualifications and make sure you meet the 8+ year experience requirement.
  2. Next, update your CV with concrete AI results, such as hours saved or ROAS improvements.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Do I need hands-on AI experience to apply for this Meta role?

Yes. Meta lists AI fluency as a minimum qualification, not a bonus. For this reason, you should show how you already use AI tools for analysis, experimentation, content or automation, ideally with measurable results.

Which markets will the Growth Marketing Manager cover?

The role covers multiple markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Therefore, previous experience running campaigns in several EMEA countries is essential. The exact office location has not been confirmed in the listing.

Does the salary for this role include bonus and equity?

No. According to Meta, any published compensation reflects base salary only. Bonus, equity and sales incentives, where applicable, come in addition to base pay, alongside Meta’s standard benefits.
