Kraft Heinz Trainee Program – Dublin, Ireland 2027
Kraft Heinz is opening applications for its 2027 Trainee Program in Dublin, and the program starts with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, trainees rotate across real business functions instead of sitting through a single fixed placement. That structure means recent graduates get exposure to field sales, an individual business project, and a placement in a different function — all before landing in a permanent role at the end of the program. Because the program targets future enterprise leaders, it’s built for candidates who are ambitious, adaptable, and ready to move across functions and, eventually, across Europe.
About Kraft Heinz
Kraft Heinz is a global food and beverage company built on a mix of iconic and emerging brands. The company positions itself as consumer-obsessed, and that focus drives innovation across every part of the business — from product development to go-to-market strategy.
The Trainee Program reflects that same ambition. Rather than treating trainees as temporary hires, Kraft Heinz brings them in on a permanent contract from the start and invests in mentorship from previous trainees, regular access to global leaders, and structured learning experiences. In short, the program is designed to build long-term leaders, not just fill entry-level headcount.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this a temporary internship, or does it lead to a permanent role? It’s permanent from the start. Kraft Heinz places trainees on a permanent contract from the beginning of the program, and after the 12 months, trainees move into functional roles where they can add immediate value.
Will I need to relocate outside of Dublin during the program? Not in year one — you’ll be based in Dublin for your first year. From the second year onward, Kraft Heinz expects openness to relocation within Europe, especially for candidates already based in the EU.
What does the recruitment process actually involve, and how long does it take? It’s a five-step process: application plus Pymetrics games assessment, a Pymetrics video interview, a trainee and business interview, an assessment day with a group exercise and leadership interview, and a final panel interview with company leaders. Steps 1-3 run through September and October, with the assessment day and panel interview in November.
