Responsibilities
Social Media Support
- Assist in planning and delivering social media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram & Haiilo)
- Support content creation: drafting copy, formatting posts, sourcing imagery
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Monitor engagement and respond to or escalate queries as needed
Web Content Management
- Support updates and maintenance of website content via CMS (e.g. AEM)
- Upload and format pages, articles, and campaign content
- Ensure content accuracy, currency, and alignment with brand and SEO guidelines
- Assist with testing and QA of web updates
Campaign & Content Execution
- Support integrated campaigns across social and web channels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and assets
- Assist in delivering campaign timelines and publishing schedules
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on key metrics (social engagement, web traffic, campaign performance)
- Support preparation of reporting dashboards and summaries
- Identify basic trends and flag optimisation opportunities
Governance & Best Practice
- Ensure all content adheres to brand, legal, and risk guidelines
- Follow established content approval and publishing processes
- Stay current with social media and digital trends
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or web content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of websites and content management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. AEM)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platforms)
- Exposure to paid social or campaign delivery
