My client is a fast-growing distribution and logistics organisation that is looking to build out their Marketing function in Ireland. They have identified a need for an individual contributor Marketing Specialist to join the organisation and provide strategic direction and bring innovative ideas to Marketing. Reporting into the C-suite, this role is an opportunity to fast-track your career and work with a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and roadmaps across campaigns, content, branding, and digital presence, including trade shows and industry events.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral for both digital and print channels, including website content, LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and brochures.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, championing an omnichannel approach and acting as a brand advocate within the organisation.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns that effectively promote the organisation’s products and services.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant reporting tools.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support to commercial teams as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a B2B environment.
    Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and brand initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor within a marketing function.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn)- any experience implementing new analytics tools is also desirable.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience leveraging tools and platforms to develop engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and experience coordinating events and webinars.
  • Exposure to trade shows or B2B industry events is advantageous but not essential.
  • Full, valid driver’s licence.
