B2B Marketing Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, with a focus on creating and executing effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The B2B Marketing Specialist will work in a technology environment, so knowledge of the tech sector, specifically networking and voice communications is a definite advantage here.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation programs to acquire new business customers.
- Use a mix of online and offline channels, including content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, and social media, to generate qualified leads.
Content Creation
- Create compelling and relevant B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target key B2B segments.
- Work with our technology partners on joint campaigns to an agreed set of objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other online channels.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
Event Management
- Plan and execute B2B events and/or conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, and post-event follow-up.
Analytics And Reporting
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Some experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful lead generation and revenue growth.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products/services.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
