B2B Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, with a focus on creating and executing effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The B2B Marketing Specialist will work in a technology environment, so knowledge of the tech sector, specifically networking and voice communications is a definite advantage here.

This job is suitable for a mid-level marketer, where there is ample opportunity to refine your marketing skills in a dynamic, technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation programs to acquire new business customers.
  • Use a mix of online and offline channels, including content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, and social media, to generate qualified leads.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling and relevant B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target key B2B segments.
  • Work with our technology partners on joint campaigns to an agreed set of objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise results.

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other online channels.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute B2B events and/or conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, and post-event follow-up.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Some experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products/services.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
