Content Creator & Digital Marketer (Hybrid) Dublin City Centre (D4)

Location: Dublin City Centre, D4 (Hybrid)

Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, €40K pro rata

Our client, a well-established social media marketing agency, is seeking to recruit an experienced Content Creator & Digital Marketer with 5+ years of experience to work part-time hours. This role offers a hybrid working model with flexibility and the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Capture high-quality photos and create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) for social media.
• Edit videos and images to ensure polished, professional content.
• Work closely with clients to develop and execute their social media strategies.
  

Digital Marketing & Strategy

• Plan and implement paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create monthly reports analysing social media performance and engagement.
  

Client Collaboration & Reporting

• Develop content calendars and social media schedules for clients.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their brand needs and objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and industry trends.
  

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
• Proven expertise in photography, videography, and editing (Reels, TikTok, short-form content).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms).
• Passion for social media trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Must have Irish language at Leaving Cert Level.
