We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that elevate our brand and engage our community. If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, a deep understanding of DeFi platforms, and a knack for creating viral content, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Work on social media growth tools and campaigns regularly.
• Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to X.com, Discord, and LinkedIn.
• Design and produce high quality viral content that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise organic reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in social media efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the Web3 industry.
• Experience with DeFi platforms is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Mid to high-level knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Discord and Telegram channels.
• Bonus points for experience with community platforms such as Zealy, Layer3, Galxe, Gleam, etc.
