We are hiring a Graduate with a technical edge to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to develop as a digital marketer with a strong foundation in web, SEO, UX/UI, and AI tools, while also contributing to broader marketing activity across social media, email, and content creation.
You will work across high-impact projects and help shape how our digital channels perform and evolve.
This Role Involves:
Web, SEO, UX and AI (Core Focus)
- Support the management and ongoing development of our website using WordPress
- Assist with on-site SEO including page structure, metadata, internal linking, and indexing
- Run SEO audits using tools like Moz and Google Search Console and flag opportunities for optimisation
- Help improve user journeys and site performance by applying UX and UI principles
- Contribute to web enhancements through basic HTML and CSS updates, collaborating with internal stakeholders or developers where needed
- Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics 4
- Use AI tools to support content generation, research, and campaign automation
Broader Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with digital campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Help write, edit, and schedule content for blogs, email newsletters, and LinkedIn
- Support visual content creation using Canva and basic video editing tools
- Use HubSpot to track campaign performance, manage lists, and build email workflows
- Stay current with trends in digital, content, and performance marketing
Abilities & Skills:
Interest in broader campaign work including email, social, and content
A degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Business, Communications, or a related field
Interest in technical marketing and how websites, search engines, and AI work
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Moz
Willingness to learn basic HTML and CSS for website support
Curiosity about UX and how users engage with digital products
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance insights
Strong attention to detail and written communication
