We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join us for six months who wants to learn and also help grow our digital presence across YouTube, social media, and HubSpot. If you enjoy storytelling, crafting content, and polishing work until it shines, this role will feel like home.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern at Siren, you’ll help bring our brand story to life. You’ll support content creation across our digital channels, collaborate with an energetic and supportive team, and learn how high-performing B2B marketing operates in a global scale-up.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just use social media but studies it. Someone who understands what makes content feel engaging, human, and relevant. You enjoy the craftsmanship of marketing, shaping ideas into clear words, refining content before publishing, and creating materials that feel polished and intentional.

What You’ll Do

YouTube and Content Production

  • Support the creation of podcast clips, product demos, Shorts, and how-to videos (video editing will be taught)
  • Assist with uploading and optimising video content for discoverability
  • Help maintain an organised library of digital assets

Social Media Marketing

  • Draft, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
  • Capture stories in compelling words, choosing the right language to make our message resonate
  • Build simple, effective visuals using Canva or Google Slides
  • Apply your own experience as a confident social media user to guide content quality
  • Track and summarise social analytics

HubSpot and Digital Operations

  • Manage contact lists, segments, and basic workflows in HubSpot
  • Assist in building email campaigns, landing pages, and simple website updates
  • Support campaign tracking and monthly reporting

General Collaboration and Support

  • Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
  • Assist with research, documentation, and organisational work
  • Support marketing at events, occasional travel may be required and should be something you enjoy
  • Represent Siren with punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Maturity and readiness for the workplace on-site!
  • Currently studying or graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a similar field
  • Confident social media user with hands-on experience (personal or professional)
  • Strong writing skills (without ChatGPT!) and a natural love for storytelling
  • Enjoys refining and polishing work before it goes public
  • Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Self starter in a scale up environment
  • Professional attitude, punctual and a willingness to learn
  • Business / Marketing / Commercial acumen
  • Aptitude for Cyber Security / Technology / Global Politics to understand what we do
  • Can take the lead or work in a team
  • Enjoys collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Some work experience, familiarity with business etiquette
  • Experience using Canva or Google Slides
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM/automation tool
  • Background or interest in tech or cybersecurity (advantageous, not required)
  • Genuine (high-level) interest in Global politics and world affairs
