Required qualifications & skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an agency or similar content marketing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and building long-term trust.
  • Strong understanding of branding and best design practices, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofing skills, with a high standard of written work.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and trends, with a keen interest in creating engaging social content (reels, stories and posts) for both clients and Zahra-owned channels.
  • Experience in event & experiential management.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded.
  • An interest in food & knowledge of food is an advantage, but not essential.
