We’re delighted to be working with a design-led client in the interiors sector who are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with both creative flair and strategic thinking to take full ownership of digital marketing for a growing brand.
Location: Navan (Fully onsite)
Salary: €30,000-€40,000 DOE
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Administrator, you’ll lead the planning and execution of campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaboration. You’ll be the go-to person for all things digital—working closely with senior leadership and external collaborators to elevate the brand’s online presence and create engaging customer journeys.
Keys Responsibilities:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and provide strategic insights to company leadership.
- Manage social media accounts (organic & paid) across all platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy including keyword research and content planning.
- Keep the company website engaging, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
- Create high-quality content for social channels (graphics, posts, UGC-style content).
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, using first-party data effectively.
- Coordinate with freelancers, influencers, and agencies on various projects.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics via tools such as Google Analytics.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply innovative ideas.
- Contribute to the creation of personalised customer experiences.
About You
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Marketing Administrator role (approx 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Skilled in Canva (or similar) and confident with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to create engaging social content and manage communities.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable translating digital insights to non-marketing stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in interior design or retail is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is an advantage.
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field.
- Full working visa for Ireland.
- Full driver’s licence (own car not essential).
