Role Purpose
We are looking for a Junior Influencer Manager to support the sourcing, validation, and operational management of talents (influencers) for our campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring that every selected profile is aligned with the brand strategy, managing outreach, negotiation, and deliverables to guarantee flawless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive the desired influencer profile for each campaign from the Account Manager.
- Search, validate, and select influencer profiles aligned with the brand strategy.
- Manage direct contact with talents or their representatives to negotiate terms, costs, and timelines.
- Upload influencer information into campaign proposals (name, handle, reach, engagement, costs, links).
- Coordinate contract requests with the Legal team.
- Supervise the quality of content delivered by influencers, ensuring it meets campaign guidelines.
- Track and ensure timely publication of posts.
- Keep the influencer/talent database up to date.
Profile We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of the influencer and content creator ecosystem.
- Understanding of key metrics (reach, engagement, CPM, interactions).
- Ability to search for, validate, and contact influencer profiles.
- Negotiation skills with talents and their representatives.
- Operational follow-up on deliverables, deadlines, and administrative processes.
- Experience with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
Soft Skills

Required Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing roles.
- Previous experience in marketing agencies, PR agencies, brand marketing teams, or talent representation companies (preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns, selecting influencers, or coordinating collaborations.
- Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and their performance metrics.

- Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations.
- Digital Media Production, Entertainment Business Management.
- Community Managers or Influencer Marketing Coordinators.
