Customer Growth Associate – Internship

This is more than just a summer job; it’s a chance to work on challenging, impactful projects that affect thousands of companies across Europe. You’ll be a promoter and advocate of Google’s best solutions, establishing key relationships, conducting regular phone consultations, and providing analysis to deliver successful business outcomes for a large portfolio of high-potential clients. You’ll be uncovering their business needs and helping them achieve their marketing goals by driving incremental agreements through our advertising solutions.

We’re looking for students who:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in the EMEA region.
• Are in their penultimate/final year of education ie 2027 graduation date.
• Have relevant practical or internship experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Have the ability to communicate in English and either German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish.
• Have the legal right to work in Dublin, Ireland
• Are available for a 13-week full-time internship starting in either May, June, or July 2026.
